Prayers for you, Mrs. Louise and Terrie and the grandchildren. Your Husband, Father, and Grand father meant a lot to me. I will miss seeing him around town and I will remember his days as Mayor, and my days at the Crossett Police Department . He kept me laughing and I probably kept him in tears of some of the things I did, but none the less he was a good man. RIP / RIL Mayor Les Black.

We will always remember "working" and serving on the Ashley County Fair Board and Fair with Les. He was such a fun person to be around. We first came to know (and love) him in our childhood days when he was the barber by the Oakhurst Minute Shop. He was a Pillar of the Community and will be missed by so many. Many prayers for his loving wife, Louise, and daughter Terrie and his grandchildren Whitney & Bradley.
