Nancy Ann Hollis Monsue, 49, of Crossett, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at the Elvis Presley Trauma Center of Regional One Health in Memphis, TN. She was born in Pine Bluff, AR on May 26, 1969, to her parents, Charles and Cynthia Watson Hollis. She was a Baptist, a 1987 graduate of Fountain Hill High School, and a valued employee of H & M Industrial Services.
Nancy was very crafty and enjoyed making things from a weld or out of wood. She was a fantastic cook, very outgoing and adventurous and loved to travel.
She was an amazing, supportive, and selfless wife, mother, and friend who loved her family, including her four German Shepherds, and would do anything for anyone.
She is preceded in death by her father, and her grandparents, Cecil and Synthia May Hollis and W. P. and Bessie Watson.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Lynn Monsue of Crossett; three sons, Kevin Stewart, Jr. of Rogers, AR, and Kolby and Kason Stewart both of Crossett; her mom, Cynthia Ann Hollis of Fountain Hill; two sisters, Cindy Adams and husband, Ronnie, of Crossett and Karen Dixon and husband, Ricky of Seattle, WA.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 11th at Medders Funeral Home, 1564 Hwy 52 W, Crossett, with Bro. Gene Gregory officiating, followed by an interment at Pugh Cemetery under the direction of Medders Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Alan Riels, Andy Riels, Drew Riels, Mike Watson, Chuck Hollis, and Matthew Adams. Honorary pallbearers are Glen Rials and John Nowlin.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 10th at Medders Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
