Norma Reynolds Obituary

Norma Lee Reynolds, 66, of Hamburg, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2019, at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock.  She was born on February 8, 1953, to her parents, Thomas and Lonar Lee Goodwin Moran. 

Norma was a Baptist and a retired security guard for G4S Security.  She was a sweet, wonderful wife, and an amazing cook.  Her hobbies included canning, sewing, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.  With a sweet generous nature, she always put others before herself and treated her many friends as her family. 

She is preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Kenneth, Charles, and Roger Dale Moran; and two sisters, Tennie Watkins and Libby Dison.

She is survived by her husband of forty-four years, James Reynolds of Hamburg; two sons, Michael Reynolds and wife, Brandi, also of Hamburg, and Joseph Reynolds and wife, Sara, of Laredo, TX; one daughter, Phyllis Reynolds of Mesquite, TX; two brothers, TJ Moran of Crossett, and James Moran of Texarkana, TX; four sisters, Carolyn Pratt of Bastrop, LA, Charlotte Wilcoxon of Crossett, Sherry Nichols of Log Cabin, LA, and Kathy Barnett and husband, Dennis, of Crossett; four grandchildren, Kaden, McKenzi, and Kevin Reynolds, and Iliana Rodriguez; and a special sister in-law, Sandra Gray.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 15th at Medders Funeral Home Chapel, 1564 Hwy 52 W, in Crossett, with Pastors Keith Rose and Joey Meredith officiating, followed by an interment at Carlock Cemetery under the direction of Medders Funeral Home.  Pallbearers are Timmy Moran, David Moran, Wayne Barnett, Chris Barnett, Buddy Cook, and Ronnie Jones.  Honorary pallbearers are Dennis Barnett, James Moran, TJ Moran, Levi Gray, and Tyler Cook.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 14th at Medders Funeral Home.
