Terri Lynne Withers Rice

Terri Lynne Withers Rice, 54, of Crossett, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018, at the St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock.  She was born on November 18, 1963, and a member of Cloverdale Assembly of God Church.  

From an early age, Terri loved horses and spent many days sitting in a saddle.  She was a former member of the Crossett Riding Club and over the years participated in not only the Crossett Rodeo, but also rodeos in various other places.

Terri lived the rodeo life and whether it was carrying a flag in the parade and the grand entry or barrel racing, she enjoyed every second and would rather be wearing boots than high heels any day.

She also enjoyed gardening, deer hunting and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Faye Goodwin Kelley and survived by one son, Brett Withers of Nashville, TN; one daughter, Holly Vidrine and husband, Chris, of Crossett; her father and stepmother, Don and Myra Withers of Lake Village; one brother, Jeff Withers and wife, Tina, of Crossett; a special niece, Kristine Withers also of Crossett; five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 25^th at Medders Funeral Home, 1564 Hwy 52 W, Crossett, followed by a graveside service at Arkadelphia Cemetery with Bro. Wes Miller officiating, under the direction of Medders Funeral Home.  Pallbearers are Ben Brooks, Chris Rice, Devon Ross, Bruce Marter, and Douglas Ross.
