Billy was an inspiration to many. He sincerely loved the Lord and told everyone he talked to that he wanted to go see his Jesus. His desire came true. My prayers are with the family at this time.

What a precious soul Billy was! I have known him as long as I can remember and every time I saw him he had a smile on his face! We should all strive to be more like him. He was never afraid to tell people about Jesus! I know he will be missed by so many. But what a day it was when he saw his saviors face!!! Love to his precious family!!
