Bobbie Lynn Carter, 63, of Hamburg, Arkansas, passed away on her birthday, March 22, 2025. She was born on March 22, 1962, in San Jose, California, to her loving parents, Joseph Robert Whitehead and Hazel Ruth Posey.
Bobbie dedicated much of her life to commercial construction, working for FMJ Enterprises. She was known for her strong work ethic and determination, qualities that defined her both on and off the job. Outside of work, she found her greatest joy in the outdoors-hunting, fishing, and embracing nature's beauty.
With a kind and giving heart, Bobbie was always willing to help others. She had a love for laughter, good company, and the warmth of a bonfire. She was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back and always found ways to bring joy to those around her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Hazel Whitehead; and siblings, Gena Whitehead, Donna Whitehead, and Wayne Whitehead.
Bobbie leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory always: her son, Jacob Morton (Makayla) of Hamburg, Arkansas; her daughter, Tera Kimes (Josh) of Clarksville, Arkansas; her brother, Robert Dale Whitehead (Faye) of Mena, Arkansas; and her beloved grandchild, Jacob Kimes. She is also remembered by her best friends, Ricky and Joann Carter of Hamburg, Arkansas, who held a special place in her heart.
Care entrusted to Medders Funeral Home of Crossett, Arkansas.
The family appreciates the love and support of friends and loved ones as they honor Bobbie's memory. Her legacy of kindness, laughter, and love for the great outdoors will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
