Helen worked for the Crossett School District in the cafeteria, where she perfected her homemade cinnamon rolls that were later served as dessert at JR’s catfish restaurant in Eldorado. She leaves behind one daughter, Carmen Sue Wisecarver; one son, Jeffery Wayne Langley (Melissa); and seven grandchildren, Margarita Norment (Clint), Rocky Portillo, Krysta Parker (Daniel), Jeremy Langley (Mary), Stephanie Powell (Bill), Randee Jo Langley (Klint), Rachel Hayes (Hunter), and Kaylyn Turner; along with eleven great-grandchildren, Kelsi, Alissa, Abbigail, Ryder, John Garrett, Case, Brady, Colt, Truitt, Millie and Halsyn; and nine siblings, Pete, Delores, Almamae, Virgil, Alice, Ray, Sharon, Barbara, and Freida all from Missouri.
