Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 8, 2023, at Crossroads Cemetery in Crossett, Arkansas, for Kimberly Renee Pegram, 55, of Collins, Mississippi, who passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at her residence.
Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins, Mississippi, and Medders Funeral Home in Crossett, Arkansas, will be in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3302 Hwy 49, Collins, Mississippi.
Mrs. Kim was born January 23, 1968, in West Monroe, Louisiana, where she lived until she moved to Crossett, Arkansas, during High School. After her graduation from Crossett High School in 1987, she moved back to West Monroe, where she met her husband, Dee Pegram, in 1991. They were married July 10, 1992, and moved to Collins, Mississippi, in 2001. Mrs. Kim enjoyed visiting the beach, cruising, and keeping a clean house. She was a loving wife, mother, and “MiMi”, and she loved her grandchildren more than anything in the world.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Wayne Thornton.
Survivors include her husband, Wilson Dee Pegram, Jr. of Collins; daughters, Brittany Renee Pegram (Channen Durr) of Mount Olive, Mississippi, and Brooke Aileen Pegram of Collins; mother, Pamela Gail Farmer Thornton of Crossett; brothers, Randy Thornton (Leslie) of San Antonio, Texas, and Scotty Thornton of Crossett, Arkansas; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
