Ronnie’s entire family was a blessing to all of us who grew up in Sunset Acres. I don’t think there was anyone our age who could say anything negative about Ronnie or his family. I will never forget how good he was at playing second base when I was trying to play shortstop for Sunset Acres. He was a great ball player and a great friend. I last spoke to him by phone right after his dad passed away, and we had time to reflect back on our Sunset Acres days.
God makes some folks just plain good to the core, and my friend Ronnie Vincent was one of those folks.
