Sharon Yvonna Roberts, 76, of Milo, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025.
Born with a gentle spirit and a heart full of creativity, Sharon shared her talents and love generously with everyone around her.
Sharon married the love of her life, Thomas Roberts, in 1967, and together they built a beautiful life grounded in faith, family, and devotion. Her greatest joy came with the births of her children—moments she often recalled as her fondest memories. She treasured her role as a mother and took great pride in teaching her children life lessons that would shape them into the men they are today.
Sharon’s gift for working with flowers led her to a fulfilling career as a floral designer. She found joy in creating arrangements that brought color and comfort to others. Her favorite flower was the carnation—simple, timeless, and elegant—much like the life she lived. She also loved cooking and took delight in gathering her family around the table. Family reunions were among her favorite occasions, as she cherished being surrounded by those she loved.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Lee “Skeeter” and Helen Fisher.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of 58 years, Mr. Thomas Roberts; her sons Doug Roberts (Susan) and Randy Roberts (Lisa); her special cousin—whom she lovingly claimed as a little sister—Nedra Donley; and two dear friends, Sherry Cameron and Jenn Sanders. She is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild, who will carry forward her love and legacy.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 30th, at Medders Funeral Home, 1564 Hwy 52 W, in Crossett, with Bro. Keith Bozeman officiating, followed by a private interment at Crossroads Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m., at the funeral home prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Pleasant Free Will Baptist Church. (details listed below)
Her family will forever remember her warm smile, her compassionate heart, and the way she made every gathering feel like home.
